Who this policy covers

This policy covers the website at otmos.com, operated by OTMOS CORPORATION LLP ("OTMOS," "we," "us"), registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. It does not cover any third-party site linked from here.

What we collect

The only personal information this site asks for is submitted through the inquiry form on the Contact page: your name, your email address, your phone number, and an optional message. No account is required, and no other form on the site collects personal information.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The introductory loading animation uses your browser's own session storage to remember, for the current browser session only, whether it has already played. That value stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited and whether the inquiry form is started, submitted, and completed. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you: it records page routes and four named form-funnel events (start, submit, success, error), never the name, email, phone number, or message you type. See "Third-party requests this site makes" below for how it reaches Vercel.

How we use it

An inquiry you submit is used only to respond to you: to answer a question, arrange a viewing, or discuss a piece. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We retain an inquiry only as long as needed to resolve it and to keep a reasonable business record of the exchange.

Third-party requests this site makes

The Contact page carries a live map of the Rajkot atelier, built on MapLibre GL with map tiles served by OpenFreeMap. Loading that map causes your browser to request tiles directly from tiles.openfreemap.org, which sees standard request information (such as your IP address) the way any server does when it is asked for a file. We do not control that service's own logging.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, its infrastructure retains standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) to operate and secure the service. Vercel Web Analytics (see above) runs on that same infrastructure and does not set cookies.

Typefaces are self-hosted from this site's own server, not loaded from a separate font provider, so no font request leaves a trace with a third party.

Your choices

You can ask what inquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to inquiry@otmos.com. We will act on a request within a reasonable time.

Data protection law

OTMOS CORPORATION LLP is registered in India, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 is the relevant law governing how we handle personal data of this kind. This section states our practice in plain terms; it is not a substitute for that Act or for legal advice.

Changes to this policy

This site does not yet run a commerce checkout. When that is added, this policy will be revised before it goes live, and the effective date above will change.
